Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :
- 200 gr tofu, sliced
- 2 tsp sambal oeleg
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 2 cloves of shallots, sliced thinly
- 1 cloves of garlic, sliced thinly
- vegetables ( i used broccoli and baby carrot), steamed
- oil for saute
- water
- salt
Make it :
- put tofu at a tray, bake over the oven for 20 minutes until brown at both sides.
- in the pan, sambal oeleg, shallots and garlic saute with a little bit of oil approx for 1-2 min.
- add peanut butter, salt and water, saute in low heat until mix well.
- put tofu over the pan and sauce until water dissolve for another 10 minutes.
- in a plate put steamed vegetables, then pour tofu with the sauce.
- and ready to serve with a bowl of steamed rice.
Preparation : 10 minutes
Cooking : 25 minutes
Servings : 2-3 persons
