Nasi Goreng plus mie + daging cincang ( Indonesia's Fried Rice cooked with rice noodles and Elk's meat)

Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

1 cup of steamed rice
1 cup cooked rice noodle 
1 cup steamed broccoli 
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cloves shallots, minced
1/2 cup ground meat, fried with a bit of oil - i used antelope ground meat 
salt as a taste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon ABC's sweet soy sauce - available at Asian store
ground white& black pepper
olive oil for saute
1 egg 


Make it :

English version
1. In a hot skillet, under low heat, saute garlic and small red onion with a bit of oil for 1-2 minute or until aromatic.
2. Add egg, and mix together with seasoning.
3. Add soy sauce and sweet soy sauce, mix it then add ground meat, rice, rice noodles and broccoli, saute continuously for approx 5 minutes.
4. Add salt and ground pepper for taste.
5. Fried rice ready to serve :-)

Indonesia version
1. Didalam wajan panas, menggunakan api sedang, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih dengan sedikit minyak selama 1-2 menit atau hingga harum.
2. Tambahkan telur, campurkan rata dengan bumbu.
3. Tambahkan kecap manis dan kecap asin, aduk rata kemudian masukkan daging giling, nasi, kwetiau dan brokoli, aduk rata perlahan selama 5 menit.
4. Tambahkan garam dan merica sebagai perasa.
5. Nasi goreng siap disajikan ;-)
