Crispy Chicken Bake with Mushroom (Ayam Oven plus jamur)


Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

2 pieces chicken thigh ,prefer boneless and skinless
1 teaspoon garlic & salt
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 teaspoon pepper (white or black pepper)
2 teaspoon sweet butter

--sauce ingredients :
3 cloves garlic, thinly slice
3 cloves small red onion, thinly slice
1 tablespoon Chicken Flavor Bouillon
100 ml fresh milk
1/2 cup mushroom, slice

--complement ingredients :
any vegetables, steamed
potatoes, steamed or baked

Make it :

English version
-  Place into bowl and mix : garlic, salt, rice flour, all purpose flour, pepper.
- Add the chicken and marinated with mixing sauce. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, add butter in a pan under medium heat then add chicken.
- Saute often approx 20 min until chicken are half cook or no longer pink.
- Pour chicken and garnish with sauce ingredients in prepared dish, baked in 350 degrees F for approx 10 minutes or chicken are crisp.
- Remove from oven and  serve with vegetables steamed and potatoes or steamed rice :-)

Indonesian version
1. Didalam mangkuk campurkan : tepung terigu, merica, bawang putih parut, garam, tepung beras.
2. masukkan ayam, lumuri, biarkan selama 10 menit atau lebih.
3. goreng ayam dengan menggunakan butter dengan menggunakan api sedang, hingga ayam berwarna kecoklatan (20 menit).
4. letakkan ayam kedalam pinggan tahan panas, taburi dengan bawang putih iris, bawang merah dan jamur
5. siram dengan susu dan taburi dengan Chicken Flavor
6. panggang dalam oven 350 degree selama 10-15 menit.
7. ayam siap dihidangkan bersama sayuran+kentang/nasi :-)

Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Servings : 2 persons
