What you need :
2 pieces chicken thigh, preferred boneless and skinless
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup Onion, diced
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/2 cup of fresh milk
1/2 cup of water
--Seasoning ingredients : (mix it)
1 tablespoon Knorr Chicken Flavor
1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
1 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground black or white pepper
1 tablespoon BBQ - i used Bulls Eye BBQ sauce
--Condiment Ingredients :
broccoli + carrot, steamed
Make it :
English version
- Marinate chicken with seasoning ingredients. Refrigerate in approx 20 min or more.
- In a wok, put butter and saute with onion under low heat in approx 5 min.
- Put chicken on it, stirring occasionally until the chicken are cook under low heat in approx 20 min.
- Pour all purpose flour on top of the chicken, saute until sauce get thick in approx 5 min.
- Serve hot.
Indonesia version
1. Pukul-pukul dada ayam dengan pemukul daging hingga agak pipih.
2. Aduk dada ayam dengan Bumbu hingga rata. Masukkan kedalam kulkas + diamkan selama 20 menit/lebih.
3. Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang Bombay hingga harum.
4. Masukkan dada ayam, balik-balik hingga kedua sisinya matang.
5. Taburi tepung terigu, aduk hingga rata.
6. campur air + susu, tuangkan ke dalam ayam, aduk hingga mendidih dan kental.
7. Angkat, tuang ke piring saji.Sajikan bersama pelengkap.

Cooking Time : 15 min
Serving : 1-2 persons
