Sup Tahu plus Jamur (Tofu and Mushroom Soup)


Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need  :

200 gram tofu, sliced cube
1 cup of dried mushroom, before cooking, put over cold water for 30 minutes then clean it.
1 egg, shake well in a bowl.
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pcs green onion
2 cup water or chicken stock
1 tbsp Knorr Chicken Flavor (optional)
1 cup carrot
oil
salt

Make it :

- In a pan, stir garlic with a little bit of oil for 1-2 minutes. put it a large pan with boiled water.
- Add Knorr Chicken Flavor, green onion until water boil.
- Add sliced tofu + carrot and mushroom, saute it for approx 10 minutes.
- Add salt for taste.
- Pour shakes egg into soup and saute it.
- Food are ready for serve :-)

Preparation Time : 20 min
Cooking Time : 20 min

Servings : 2-3 bowls
