Egg and Beef sauteed with Soy sauce ( Semur daging plus telur )

Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

2 pieces Egg
100 gr beef meat, sliced
4 cloves shallot, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
ground white pepper
salt
olive oil or butter, for saute

Note : 1 US cup = 236.588237 ml

Make it :

English version
- In a wok, put shallot and garlic with a little bit of olive oil, saute in approx 5 min or until aromatic.
- Add meat, saute continuously in approx. 5 min.
- Add water, then sweet soy sauce and soy sauce.
- When water from the soup are boiled, add egg in every side of the wok, put space on each other.
- Turn the heat until medium to low heat and let it simmer or until sauce are thickening and dissolve.
- Add salt and pepper for adjust the taste.
- Serve hot with a bowl steamed rice.

Indonesian version
1. Didalam wajan, tumis bawang merah+bawang putih dengan menggunakan sedikit minyak hingga harum.
2. Masukkan daging, tumis sebentar hingga berubah warna.
3. Tambahkan air, kemudian kecap manis, kecap asin, garam dan merica. Aduk rata.
4. Masak hingga kuah mendidih, masukkan telur satu persatu kedalam kuah.
5. Masak dengan api kecil agar kuah mengental dan daging masak sempurna.
6. Sajikan panas bersama nasi putih :-)
