Potatoes cake (Kue Lumpur Iris)


Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

Source : my family recipe

What you need :

- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cup pototoes, hard boiled then smashed
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 btr egg500 ml milk
- 1/3 cup cheddar chesse, grated
- Raisin, put on top of the cake

Note : 1 cup US = 236,588 ml

Make it :

English version
- Beated sugar and milk until soft in approx 5 min
- Pour milk and potatoes, beate in medium speed until mix together.
- Add all purpose flour and left part from the milk, mix it.
- Add chesse, and melted butter, mix it.
- Put 3/4 from the dough at the tray.
- Add Raisin on top of cake.
- Pre-heat at 350 degrees F oven until done for approx 20 minutes.
- Let it warm before serve ^_*

Indonesian version
- Kocok gula dan telur sampai pucat dan mengembang 
- Tuang susu cair setengah bagian perlahan- lahan 
- Masukkan kentang sambil dikocok rata 
- masukkan terigu sedikit- sedikit sambil dituangi sisa susu cair. 
- masukkan keju parut,aduk, tuang margarin leleh, aduk rata. 
- Tuang kedalam cetakan kue sampai hampir penuh, 
- beri kismis diatasnya, panggang dlm oven 350 derajat hingga matang
- hidangkan hangat ^_*

Cooking Time : 20 min

Servings : 6-8 slices
