Bihun Kuah plus Siomay Isi tahu ( Thin Rice Noodles Soup with Tofu Steamed Dumplings)


Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

1 pieces chicken thigh
2 cup of water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 part  from 1 chunk onion, sliced
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
salt
thin rice noodles
ground pepper
baby bokcoy, sliced

--Tofu steamed dumplings ingredients :
wonton wraps
1 egg
green onion, thinly sliced
celery, thinly sliced
carrot, shredded
50 gr Tofu, finely pounded
1/2 tsp garlic & salt powder


Make it :

- Place all Tofu steamed dumpling ingredients except wonton wrap in a bowl, mix well.
- Take a spoon drought and wrap with wonton wrapper, use water as a glue in every corner of the wrapper, then steamed for 10-15 minutes.
- In a pot, boil the chicken until cook under medium heat for approx 10 min.
- Drain the chicken and then sliced cube it then put it back to pot. 
- Add garlic, onion into soup. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Add salt, green onion and pepper. Don't forget to taste.
- Add thin rice noodles into boiled soup, let it cooked for another 5 minutes.
- Add baby bokcoy/bokcoy, let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
- serve the soup with Tofu Steamed Dumplings :-)

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes

Servings : 2 bowls
