What you need :
--Tofu Ball ingredients :
- 100 gr firm tofu
- 2 cloves garlic, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- salt
- ground pepper
--Soup ingredients :
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pcs green chili, seeded, slice thinly - if you are desire
- bok choy and carrot, or any vegetable
- 2 cup chicken broth
- salt
- ground pepper
Make it :
English version :
- Combine tofu ball ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place in steamer. Steam for 10 minutes. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, i a pot bring broth to broil. Add garlic and onion. Let it cooke for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add carrot, let it cook until almost tender then add bok choy and chili. Let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer to prepared dish and add tofu ball. Serve hot.
Indonesia version
- Campur tahu, bawang putih, telur, merica, garam, tepung maizena. Campur rata kemudian bentuk bulat-2. Letakkan didalam wadah untuk mengukus. Kukus selama 10 menit. Sisihkan.
- Didalam panci, rebus kaldu hingga mendidih. Masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombay. Biarkan masak selama 5 menit.
- Masukkan wortel, masak hingga hampir lunak. Masukkan bok choy dan cabe hijau, garam dan merica. Masak selama 2 menit.
- Pindahkan kedalam mangkuk saji bersama bola tahu. Sajikan hangat.
