Another easy way to cook your left over turkey... :-)
This time i made a stir fry with noodles and the ingredients in this recipe aren't necessarily the same as what i did :P
You can substitute the noodles with any type of your favorite noodles.
Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

- 2 cup noodles, cook until al dente
- 2 bunch baby bokcoy, cut ends
- 3 cloves shallots, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon sweet soy sauce - you can substitute with regular soy sauce
- 1 piece big tomato, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil for saute
- fried onion for garnish - available at Asian store
- salt and ground pepper
- 1 stalk green onion, sliced into 1-inches pieces
Make it :
1. In a hot skillet, add oil, garlic and shallots, saute gently until lightly brown color under low heat or for another 3 minutes.
2. Add bokcoy, green onion, soy sauce and noodles then mix it and saute gently.
3. Let it cook until bokcoy are tender but do not overdone.
4. Add tomato, adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Toss and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Turn of the heat then serve hot and add fried green onion for garnish.
Preparation : 5 minutes
Cooking : 20 minutes
Servings : 2-3 persons
