Sauteed Chicken with Soy Sauce and Jalapeno (Ayam Kecap Cabe Hijau)

This is another quick and easy dish to prepare and cook.
You can skip jalapeno if you don't like spicy or you can substitute with bell pepper.

Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

- 3 chicken thigh or any part from the chicken
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 piece tomato, diced
- 1 piece jalapeno, seeded, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- granulated sugar
- salt
- ground pepper
- 100 ml water
- 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon oil, for saute

Make it :

1. In a hot skillet, add butter+oil then saute gently garlic and onion for approximately 3 minutes under moderate heat.
2. Add tomato, green onion, jalapeno and soy sauce, saute for another 1 minutes. Add chicken and water. Reduce the heat and cook until water evaporate.
3. Adjust taste with salt, sugar and pepper. Saute and combine, let cook for 1 minutes.
4. Transfer to serving plate and serve hot with another side dish. Enjoy :-)

Preparation : 5 minutes
Cooking : 25 minutes
Servings : 2 persons
