What you need :
- 1 lb Green beans, cut ends
- 1 cup cooked shrimps
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 stalk green onion, sliced into 1-inches pieces
- 1 cup button mushroom, sliced into 1-inches pieces
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- salt
- freshly ground pepper and white ground pepper
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter for saute
Make it :
1. In hot skillet, add oil or butter, minced garlic then saute for another 2 minutes or until lightly brown under low heat.
2. Add the green beans, saute gently then add water, oyster sauce, and green onion. Let it cooked until the green bean are tender but not overdone.
3. While the green bean half way cooked, add the mushroom and shrimps, mix it.
4. Let it cook until water are dissolve.
5. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
6. Remove from the heat then serve hot with another dishes.
Preparation : 5 minutes
Cooking : 25 minutes
Servings : 2-3 servings
