This dish is complement for the roasted chicken.
You can pour on top of the sliced chicken or massed potatoes.
Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :
- 1/4 cup Chicken Pan drippings - i added more
- 3 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch, place into bowl and dissolve with 3 tablespoon cold water
- cooked, finely chopped giblets from chicken - optional
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Place pan drippings and chopped garlic in medium saucepan
- Blend mixing cornstarch into pan drippings. Gradually blend in broth until smooth.
- Bring into boil. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add finely chopped cooked giblets, if desire.
Servings : 16 servings
Cook Method : Boil/Simmer
Preparation : 10 minutes
Cooking : 10 minutes or less
