French Toast serve with Peanut Butter


Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

-- Dipping ingredients :
3 pcs egg
2 tsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
olive oil or peanut oil for saute
4 sliced wheat bread (or any kind your favorite bread)

-- Spread ingredients :
- peanut butter
- maple syrup
- butter
-- Side dishes ingredients :
- fruit salad or sliced fruit


Make it 

English version
- In a bowl, put dipping ingredients (except bread) and mix it.
- Dipping bread into dipping ingredients, one by one until it cover.
- In hot pan, put a little bit of oil.
- Fried bread until golden brown on both side under medium heat. Set aside.
- While bread still hot, spread with butter on both side.
- Then spread with peanut butter then butter.
- Serve warm or hot with fruit salad.

Indonesian version
1. Di dalam mangkuk campurkan : telur, susu, vanila, kocok lepas hingga tercampur rata. Celupkan roti satu persatu hingga rata tertutup adonan.
2. Panaskan wajan dengan sedikit minyak. Masukkan roti satu persatu, goreng hingga berubah warna agak kecoklatan. Angkat.
3. Pada saat roti masih panas, oleskan mentega pada kedua sisi roti, sehingga mentega mencair
4. Oleskan peanut butter dan beri syrup diatasnya.
5. Siap disajikan bersama salad buah ;-)
