Stir-Fried Beef and Veggies ( Cap Cay Daging )



Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

1 pieces chicken thigh, cube sliced 
4 cloves shallots, minced  
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 cup broccoli, cut the edges, half cooked steamed
2 cup carrot, diced, half cooked steamed 
1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
100 gr onion, diced
2 teaspoon Oyster Sauce 
1 tablespoon ABC's sweet soy sauce 
1 tablespoon soy sauce 
butter or oil for saute 
1 cup of water 
ground pepper 
salt 
1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoon water, dissolve


Make it :

English version
- In a hot skillet, add sliced chicken, stirring occasionally without an oil until the chicken cooked in approx 5 minutes. Put aside.
- Meanwhile in another hot skillet, add butter, shallots, garlic, stirring occasionally for approx 5 min under low heat.
- Then add cooked chicken, water, Oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and soy sauce, saute contiunuously until aromatic or for approx 5 minutes.
- Let it simmer, add broccoli, carrot, green onion, onion stirring occasionally until mix well for approx 3 min.
- Add pepper and salt for adjust the taste.
-  add mixed cornstarch+water for thickening the sauce. Saute and let it simmer for another 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat then food are ready to serve with hot steam rice ;-)

Indonesia version
- Tumis daging tanpa minyak hingga masak atau kurang lebih selama 5 menit. Sisihkan.
- Didalam wajan, masukkan bawang meran dan abwang putih, tumis hingga harum.
- Masukkan ayam, saus tiram, air, kecap manis dan asin,a duk rata dan masak selama 5 menit.
- Masukkan brocoli, wortel, bawang daun, bawang bombay dan aduk rata. Biarkan mendidih.
- masukkan merica dan garam, cicipi.
- didalam mangkuk campurkan air+tepung maizena, campurkan diatas saus dan aduk rata. Biarkan mendidih selama 1 menit.
- siap disajikan bersama nasi hangat.

Cooking Time : 15 min
