Turkey and Vegetables Soup

This lunch, I made turkey soup.
This dish are perfect for the rainy day especially like today.

I made broth from turkey bone, like wings part and legs part.

I served this soup with Deep Fried Mashed Potatoes.

Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

- 3 cup Turkey broth or you can substitute with another type of broth.
- 1/2 cup carrot, diced
- 1 piece tomatoes, diced
- 1 piece potato, peeled then diced
- 1/2 cup diced cabbage
- 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- salt
- ground pepper
- ground nutmeg
- fried onion for garnish - available at Asian store

Make it :

1. Bring a broth into boil. Then add garlic. Let cook and simmer for another 5 minutes.
2. Add carrot, let cook until almost tender. Then add potatoes, cook until potatoes and carrot are tender.
3. Add green onion, tomato and cabbage until little bit tender and do not overdone.
4. Adjust taste with salt ,nutmeg and pepper.
5. Let simmer for another 2-3 minutes then remove from the heat.
6. Serve hot with side dishes and chili sauce. Enjoy :-)


Preparation : 5 minutes
Cooking : 20 minutes
Servings : 2-3 servings


Deep Fried Mashed Potatoes and combine with Turkey, Green Onion and Celery ( Perkedel kentang plus daging Turkey )

What you need :

- 1 cup mashed potatoes - i made from 1 piece big potato
- 1/2 cup finely chopped turkey
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fried onion - available at Asian store
- salt and ground pepper
- oil for frying
- 1 egg, place in a bowl, stirring gently with fork

Note : If you don't find fried onion, you can substitute with chopped shallots.

Make it :

- Combine the ingredients into a bowl. Gradually blended until smooth. Don't forget to taste. Shape into 1- 1 1/2 inch ball. Repeat until remaining dough.
- In a skillet, bring oil to hot.  Take a ball then dipping into mixing egg then fried it until golden brown at both side. Repeat for the remaining balls.
- Served hot.

Preparation : 10 minutes
Cooking : 10 minutes
Servings : 6-7 pieces

Steamed Wonton with Left-over Turkey and Tofu filling

What you need :

Wonton :
- Wonton wrapper
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup copped turkey
- 50 ounces Medium Firm Tofu
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- salt
- ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1//2 teaspoon sugar

Soup :
- 2 cup chicken broth or any broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced onion
- salt
- ground pepper
- bok choy, cut end parts then cut for another 3 inches pieces

Make it :

Wonton :
1. In a bowl, mix and combine wonton ingredient except wonton wrapper. Gradually blend until smooth. Don't forget to taste.

2. To fill the wontons, lay one wonton skin in front of you. Moisten all the edges of the wonton wrapper with water. Place the teaspoon of filling in the middle of the wrapper and twist to seal. The final result should resemble a money bag or drawstring purse.

3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the wontons, making sure there is enough room for them to move about freely. Let the wontons boil for 5 - 8 minutes, until they rise to the top and the filling is cooked through. Remove from the pot with a slotted spoon.

Soup :
1. Bring a large pot of chicken broth to a boil. Then add garlic and onion, let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
2. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
3. Add the bok choy, let it simmer for another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
4. Served hot with steamed wonton and chili sauce. Enjoy :-)

Cooking : 20 minutes

Thanksgiving : Candied Sweet Potato

Another side dish for your Thanksgiving dinner.

What you need :

- 4 pieces sweet potatoes
- sugar - i am substitute with brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 - 1/2  cups water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, place into bowl and dissolved with 2 tablespoon cold water.

Make it :

- Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Scrub potatoes.
- Potatoes in their jackets : peel, slice, and arrange in baking dish.
- Mix butter, sugar and water and cook until it boils. 
- Add mixing cornstarch. Stir until it thickens.
- Pour over potatoes and bake it in oven until brown or bake for another 40-45 minutes.

Preparation : 5 minutes
Cooking : 45 minutes

Thanksgiving : Cranberry Sauce

Thanksgiving dishes aren't complete without Cranberry sauce.

What you need :

- 1 can or 14 ounces Cranberry sauce
- 1 cup orange zest

Make it :

- Place Cranberry sauce  into medium saucepan.
- Gradually blend in zest until smooth.
- Bring into boil. Reduce the heat. Simmer about 5 minutes or thick enough.

Preparation : 2 minutes
Cooking : 10 minutes or less
Servings : 6 servings


Thanksgiving : Sauteed and Steamed Vegetables

Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

- 300 gram or 1 1/2 cup of broccoli, cut the edges
- 300 gram or 1 1/2 cup of string bean, cut the edges
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon butter, for saute

Make it :

- In boiled hot water, add the string bean, cook for another 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In boiled hot water, add the broccoli, cook for another 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat butter or oil on hot skillet then add and saute onion until golden brown for another 3 minutes.
- Add broccoli, string bean into skillet. Toss it and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as side dishes :-) 

Preparation : 10 minutes
Cooking : 10 minutes
Servings : 4 servings

Thanksgiving : Turkey Gravy with Pan Drippings

What you need :

- 1/4 cup Turkey Pan drippings - more add as you wish (1/4 cup tetesan kaldu kalkun yg didapat pada saat proses mengoven)
- 3 cup chicken broth (3 cup kaldu ayam)
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch, place into bowl and dissolve with 3 tablespoon cold water (2 sdt tepung maizena, letakkan kedalam mangkuk dan aduk dengan air hingga sedikit kental)
- cooked, finely chopped giblets from turkey - optional (bagian dalam/jerohan kalkun, rebus terlebih dahulu kemudian iris kecil-kecil)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (2 sing bawang putih, cincang)

Make it :

- Place pan drippings, chicken broth, cooked giblets and chopped garlic in medium saucepan
- Blend mixing cornstarch into pan drippings. Gradually blend in broth until smooth.
- Bring into boil. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add finely chopped cooked giblets, if desire. Don't forget to taste.

Indonesia version 

Cara memasak :

1. Letakkan tetesan kaldu kalkun, kaldu ayam, irisan jerohan turkey dan bawang putih.
2. Masukkan campuran tepung maizena+air. Aduk hingga campuran merata.
3. Masak hingga mendidih. Kecilkan api. Biarkan hingga mendidih selama 5 menit, sambil sesekali diaduk. Jangan lupa cicipi.

What you need :

- 1/2 cup or 1 stick softened unsalted butter ( 4 onz mentega, lelehkan)
- 3 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon, I skip this (3 sdm daun taragon, aku gak pake)
- 3 tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram, I skip this (3 sdm dauh marjoram, aku gak pake)
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh sage (2 sdm daun sage)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest (1 sdm air jeruk nipis)
- 1 tablespoon orange zest (1 sdm air jeruk lemon)
- 2 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard ( 2 sdm mustard)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (1/2 sdt garam)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (1/4 sdt merica hitam bubuk)
- 1 (14-16 pounds) Fresh Whole Turkey, thawed if frozen. ( 1 buah ayam kalkun utuh, biarkan dalam suhu ruangan apabila sebelomnya ditaruh dalam kulkas).

Make it :

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine butter, herbs, zest mustard, salt and pepper in work bowl or food processor, cover. Process until well blended.

2. Remove neck and giblets from body and neck cavities of turkey. Reserve giblets for stuffing recipe or dripping sauce. Place half the butter mixture under breast area. Rub remaining butter mixture over breast and legs of turkey.

3. Carefully work fingers under skin on breast of turkey. Place half the butter mixture under breast area. Rub remaining butter mixture over breast and legs of turkey.

4. Place turkey, breast side up, on a flat rack in a shallow baking pan. Approximately 1 hours. Then cover breast and top of drumsticks loosely with foil to prevent over browning.

5. Roast turkey another 3 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 180° F, when inserted into the deepest part of the thigh.

6. Let turkey stand 15 minutes before carving. Enjoy.

Indonesia version

Cara memasak :

1. Panaskan oven 325 derajat F atau 169 derajat C. Campurkan semua bahan kecuali kalkun didalam mangkuk. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.

2. Hilangkan bagian leher dan bagian dalam/jerohan turkey. Sisihkan bagian dalam kalkun untuk membuat saus. 
Dengan menggunakan tangan, buat jalan didalam kulit, antara kulit dan daging untuk memasukkan bumbu.
1/2 dari campuran bumbu oleskan ke kulit turkey bagian dalam (bagian dalam diantara kulit dan daging) hingga rata. 

3. Sisa bumbu oleskan di bagian kulit luar kalkun hingga merata, dan oleskan pula di bagian lain Turkey.

4. Letakkan ayam yg sudah dibumbui ke dalam wadah yg rata utk meng-oven, letakkan dada Turkey menghadap ke atas.
Setelah 1 jam, tutup bagian dada dan paha ayam dengan kertas aluminium foil untuk menghindari terpanggang berlebihan.

5. Oven ayam selama 3 jam atau cek dengan termometer utk daging hingga suhu mencapai  180 derajat F atau 80 derajat C.
Cek suhu di bagian daging dada kalkun yang paling dalam.

6. Setelah kalkun matang, biarkan selama 15 menit, baru potong-2 dan sajikan.

Easy Vegetables MeatLoaf

What you need :

- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup carrot, finely diced
- 1 cup mushroom, chopped
- 2 tablespoon your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3/4 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Make it :

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking pan.
- Saute the onion, garlic and carrot in the butter until soft. Add the mushroom and cooked for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Mix the ground beef in large bowl with the vegetable mixture, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, Barbecue sauce, and egg yolks until mixed. Do not over mix.
- Place the meat in a pan and gently pat into an even layer. 
- Bake for another 30 minutes or until the meatloaf test done at 170 degrees with a meat thermometer.
- 5 minutes before remove from the oven, spread with grated cheese.
- Slice and serve with steamed vegetables.

Preparation : 15 minutes
Baking : 30 minutes

Addictive Mixed Nuts Cookie

I give a call with Addictive Mixed Nuts Cookie, because the cookie will make addictive.

What you need :

- 250 gr all purpose flour - i substitutes with flour formula
- 100 gr powdered white sugar
- 125 gr mixed peanuts, chopped
- 125 gr oil - i used peanut oil 
- a pinch of salt 
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 
- egg yolk for spread 
- cookie sheet

Make it :

- Preheat oven in 325 degrees F and prepare baking dish with ungreased cookie sheet.
- In a bowl, mixture all ingredients with hand or spatula until blended together.
- Roll out the dough to 44 mm thickness.
- Shape the pastry using cookie cutter, then add a half of peanut on top then spread with egg yolk.
- Bake for another 15-18 minutes.
- Let it cool for another 5 minutes before serve . and This cookie can be stored at airtight container at room temperature, up to 5 days :-)

Preparation : 15 minutes
Baking Time : 16 minutes

Servings : 600 grams

Baked Meatballs sauteed with Soy Sauce served with Steamed Veggies

What you need :

Meatballs 
- 1/3 pound ground beef
- 2 stalk green onion, minced
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- cooking spray

Seasoning 
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce - you can substitute with regular soy sauce+sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter for saute
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 piece big tomato, diced

Make it :

Meatballs
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray
- Combine meatballs ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in prepared baking dish. bake 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Set aside.

Sauce
- In a hot skillet, saute garlic and onion with butter until aromatic or for approx 2 minutes under low heat.
- Add tomato and saute for another 1 minute. Add water, soy sauce and pepper. Let simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Add meatballs then reduce the heat. Saute gently and let sauce are evaporated.
- Adjust taste with salt. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot with steamed veggies.

Preparation : 20 minutes
Cooking : 30 minutes

Servings : 4 servings


Pillsburry Gingerbread Cookies



What you need :

- 1 pack Pillsburry brand Gingerbrad Cookies dough
- cookie cutter
- cookie sheet

Make it :

- Prepheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cut roll of dough, and roll on floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut with cookie cutter. Place 1 inch a part on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 7 to 1 minutes or cookies are set.
- Cool 1 minutes then remove from cookie sheet.
- Repeat with remaining dough. Cool completely before frosting.
- Enjoy :-)

Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Baking Time : 30 minutes

Baked Meatballs served with Garden Pasta

What you need :

Meatballs
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh spinach, finely chopped - i skip this
- 3 stalk green onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese - i added more
- cooking spray

Garden Pasta
- 1 pound pasta or spaghetti, freshly cooked according to package directions
- 1/3 cup olive oil for saute
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 medium zucchini, grated - i substituted with broccoli+cauliflower, end cuts
- 1 piece bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 cup carrot, peeled and grated
- 2 cups prepared any type of  spaghetti sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- salt and pepper for taste
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese as garnish

Make it :

English version
Meatballs
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray
- Combine meatballs ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in prepared baking dish. bake 15 minutes or until fully cooked.

Garden Pasta
- Transfer freshly cooked pasta to large bowl. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for another  1 minute. Add broccoli, bell pepper and carrot. Cook 2 minutes. Add pasta sauce and basil/ Cook and stir until cooked through.
- Add to cooked pasta. Toss to coat. Divide pasta mixture between 4-6 plates. Top each with meatballs and garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve.

Indonesia version
Bola Daging
- Panaskan oven dengan suhu 375 degrees F dan siapkan loyang dan spray dengan cooking spray.
- Campurkan bahan bola daging. Aduk rata. Bentuk bola sebesar 1 inch. Letakkan dalam loyang dan oven selama 15 menit atau hingga matang.

Garden Pasta
- Pindahkan pasta yang sudah masak kedalam mangkuk. Panaskan minyak didalam wajan, tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan wortel, bell pepper, brokoli, masak selama 2 menit. Masukkan saus siap pakai untuk pasta dan basil. Masak dan aduk hingga rata.
- Campurkan pasta yang susah masak. Aduk rata. Bagi-2 untuk 4-6 piring. Beri bola daging diatas pasta dan beri keju parmesan sebagai pelengkap. Sajikan.

Preparation Time : 30 minutes
Cooking Time : 35 minutes

Steamed Chicken Tofu Balls with Light Soup

What you need :

Meatballs
- 1 pieces chicken thigh, finely minced
- 5 ounce tofu, i used medium firm Tofu
- 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- salt
- pepper

Soup
- 3 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup dice sliced onion
- bokcoy, ends cut then cut into 2 inches pieces - i used broccoli
- salt
- pepper

Note : 1 US cup = 236.588237 ml

Make it

English Version
- Meatballs : Combine all ingredients into large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in steamed dish and let steamed for another 15-20 minutes.
- Soup : Bring chicken broth into broil. Then add garlic and onion. Let it cook and simmer for another 5 minutes. Adjust taste with salt and pepper. Add bokcoy or any veggies. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Serve hot with meatballs and chili sauce as you wish.

Indonesia Version
- Bola daging : Campurkan semua bahan. Aduk hingga rata. Bentuk bola sebesar 1 inch. Letakkan dalam kukusan dan kukus selama 15-20 menit.
- Soup : Rebus kuah daging hingga mendidih. Masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombay, biarkan mendidih selama 5 menit. Beri garam dan merica sebagai perasa. Masukkan sawi hijau atau sayuran lain. Biarkan mendidih selama 5 menit. Angkat dari kompor.
- Sajikan hangat bersama bola daging dan beri saus sambal sesuai selera.

Indonesian Layered Cake ( Kue Lapis )

What you need :

- 500 ml coconut milk, i used 350 ml coconut milk and 150 ml fresh milk
- 200 gram tapioca flour
- 50 gram rice flour
- 200 gram granulated white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- coloring cake - i used chocolate color

Make It :

English version
- Bring water into boil at steamed pan and lightly grease non-stick loaf pan with butter or oil.
- In a big bowl, place all ingredients except coloring cake. Mix it and until dissolve.
- A half of batter place in another bowl then add coloring cake on it. Dissolve it.
- Pour batter into pan for another 3 tablespoon. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
- Repeat for remaining butter also different color for every layer.
- Let it cool for another 10 minutes before slice it then ready to serve  :-)

D3sy's Kitchen Tips :

- For last step, let it steamed little it longer for another 20 minutes.
- This step will let all layer of the cake steamed and cooked well.

Indonesia version
- Panaskan air didalam panci untuk mengukus dan beri cetakan dengan sedikit mentega atau minyak.
- Letakkan semua bahan kecuali pewarna didalam mangkuk. Aduh hingga rata dan halus.
- Pisahkan setengah adonan didalam wadah lain dan beri pewarna. Aduk.
- Masukkan selapis sekitar 3 sendok makan, biarkan hingga mengeras atau selama 10 menit.
- Ulangi hingga adonan coklat dan putih habis.
- Untuk adonan lapisan teratas biarkan dikukus lebih lama sekitar 20 menit agar semua lapisan kue termasak sempurna.
- Potong-potong setelah dingin dan sajikan :-)

Light Corn Soup with Italian Sausage

This soup is simple but so tasty...
You can substitute Italian sausage with another sausage style or even beef or chicken.

This dish is easy to prepare and cook.

What you need :

- 220 ounces yellow corn or about a half can corn from 450 ounces, drain
- 2 pieces Italian Sausage, diced or about 6 ounces sausage 
- 2 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter, for saute
- 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced, keep about 1/3 from the green part for garnish
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper 
- a pinch ground ginger or about 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolve with 2 tablespoon of water 
- 1 egg, place into bowl then beat it 

Note : 1 US cup = 236.588237 ml

Make it :

English version
- In sauce pan, bring broth into boil, then add corn and sausage, under medium heat
- Heat butter in a skillet under medium heat.  Add and saute garlic and onion until golden brown or for another 3 minutes
- Then add ginger, saute for another 1 minute. Pour and saute gently into sauce pan with corn and sausage.
- Add green onion and sesame oil.
- Let cook and simmer for another 10 minutes. Then adjust the taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Add mixing cornstarch gradually, saute gently and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Add beat egg, saute gently then let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat then serve hot with green onion as garnish.

D3sy's Kitchen Tips :
- you can add more for the cornstarch or even skip this ingredients, this is for make the soup thicken
- if you substitute sausage with any kind of raw meat, broil it first until tender, so you get meat and broth also.

Indonesia version
- Didalam panci sup, didihkan kuah daging dan masukkan jagung dan sosis.
- Didalam wajan, panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih + bawang bombay hingga harum.
- Tambahkan jahe, aduk selama 1 menit. Campurkan bersama sup.
- Masukkan bawang daun dan minyak wijen. Didihkan selama 10 menit. 
- Tambahkan garam dan merica sebagai perasa.
- Masukkan tepung maizena+air. Biarkan mendidih selama 2 menit.
- Masukkan kocokan telur, aduk rate. Biarkan mendidih selama 3 menit
- Angkat dari kompor, sajikan hangat bersama sai potongan bawang daun.

Cooking : 20 minutes

Servings : 2 medium bowls

Barbecue Chicken with mixed Asian and Western BBQ sauce - my husband style :-)

We are serve the dish with Veggies sauteed with onion.

Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

- 4 chicken thigh
- 3 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce - Mae Ploy Brand
- 4 tablespoon Italian dressing and marinate - Kraft Brand
- 1 tablespoon Santa Maria Barbecue seasoning - or you can substitute with salt and freshly ground pepper
- a small pastry brush
- cooking spray

Make It

English version
- Spray the grill with cooking spray first the preheat the grill with high temperature.
- Mix Thai sweet chili sauce and Italian sauce into a small bowl. And place the small brush too.
- Place the meat into the grill, brush both side with seasoning.
- Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with side dishes and enjoy :-)

- Set the grill temperature into medium into low heat 
- You need often to season with brushing the both side of chicken with mix seasoning.
- Bring much love into your food :-)

Indonesia version

- Spray panggangan dengan spray khusus makanan dan panaskan panggangan.
- Letakkan daging ayam diatas panggangan dan olesi dengan bumbu.
- Panggang hingga ayam berwarna kecoklatan dan termasak sempurna.
- Sajikan bersama pelengkap :-)

Easy and Simple Veggies sauteed with Onion

What you need :

- 300 gram or 1 1/2 cup of broccoli, cut the edges 
- 300 gram or 1 1/2 cup of string bean, cut the edges 
- 2 pieces big tomato, cut into quartered 
- 1/2 part from 1 big chunk sweet onion, thinly slice 
- freshly ground pepper
- salt 
- olive oil or butter for saute

Make It 

English version
- In boiled hot water, add the green bean, cook for another 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In boiled hot water, add the broccoli, cook for another 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat butter or oil on hot skillet then add and saute onion until golden brown for another 3 minutes.
- Add broccoli, string bean into skillet. Toss it and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
- Let it cooked through fro another 2 minutes then add tomato. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot as side dishes :-)

- You can added Santa Maria Barbecue Seasoning if you desire.
- You can substitute with any kind of veggies.

Indonesia version

- Didalam air panas, rebus buncis selama 3 menit. Buang airnya dan sisihkan.
- Didalam air panas, rebus brokoli selama 2 menit. Buang airnya dan sisihkan.
- Panaskan mentega atau minyak untuk menumis bawang bombai hingga harum dan berwarna coklat keemasan.
- Masukkan brokoli dan buncis, aduk rata. Tambahkan garam dan merica, cicipi.
- Masukkan tomat, aduk, angkat dari api.
- Sajikan panas sebagai pelengkap hidangan utama.
