Beef Soup added Brussels Sprout (Sup Daging)

Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

150 gram beef, cube sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced - put aside 1 part of garlic for saute
2 cup sliced carrot
1 cup cube sliced potatoes
4 pcs small Brussels sprout, sliced or cabbabe
1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery,thinly  sliced 
2 cup of water
ground white pepper
salt for taste 
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 
oil for saute 

Note : 1 US cup = 236.588237 ml


Make it :

English version
- In a wok, put butter and minced garlic (from 1 pcs garlic) and Brussels sprout, saute constinuously under low heat in approx 5 min. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, bring into boil water and beef until tender under medium heat for approx 10 min.
- Drain it, then sliced cube it then put it back to saucepan.
- Put sliced garlic and carrot into saucepan.
- While carrot almost tender, add potatoes.
- Then add Brussels sprout, celery and green onion and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and cumin for taste.
- Serve hot with mixing and place into bowl soy sauce+ garlic + Thai chili and hot steam rice ;-)

Indonesian version
1. Didalam wajan, tumis 1 bagian dari bawang putih dengan mentega menggunakan api sedang. 
2. Masukkan Brussels sprout, tumis selama kurang lebih 5 menit. Sisihkan.
3. Didalam panci, masak air dan daging selama 20 menit. Angkat daging, potong kecil-2 dan campurkan kembali ke dalam kuah.
4. Masukkan bawang putih dan wortel.
5. Ketika wortel hampir lunak, masukkan kentang dan bawang daun + seledri.
6. Tambahkan garam, merica dan pala, cicipi.
7. Sajikan panas bersama sambal kecap dan nasi hangat.

Cooking Time : 30 min

Servings : 2 persons
