Deep Fried Mashed Potatoes and combine with Turkey, Green Onion and Celery ( Perkedel kentang plus daging Turkey )

Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

- 1 cup mashed potatoes - i made from 1 piece big potato
- 1/2 cup finely chopped turkey
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fried onion - available at Asian store
- salt and ground pepper
- oil for frying
- 1 egg, place in a bowl, stirring gently with fork

Note : If you don't find fried onion, you can substitute with chopped shallots.

Make it :

- Combine the ingredients into a bowl. Gradually blended until smooth. Don't forget to taste. Shape into 1- 1 1/2 inch ball. Repeat until remaining dough.
- In a skillet, bring oil to hot.  Take a ball then dipping into mixing egg then fried it until golden brown at both side. Repeat for the remaining balls.
- Served hot.

Preparation : 10 minutes
Cooking : 10 minutes
Servings : 6-7 pieces
