Delicious Saute Kale with Ground Turkey
I bought a bunch of Kale at the Market on Saturday and started goggling the recipe on how to prep Kale. I stumbled into a recipe from Seriouseats.com . The orginal recipe is using Italian sausage, and I decide to substitute ground beef with Italian ground Turkey. Trust me.. This recipe turns out to be on of favorite dishes.
I also use brown rice pasta since my husband is allergic to gluten.
