Daging Suwir Bumbu Tomat Pedas ( Left-over Beef cooked with Tomato and Chili )

Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

- 2 cup cube sliced cooked beef
- 3 pieces medium tomatoes, diced
- 4 cloves shallots, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sambal oeleg, chili crushed - available at Asian store
- salt and sugar for taste
- 1 tbsp ABC's sweet soy sauce
- oil for saute
- fried shallot for garnish - available at Asian store

What you need :

English version
- In a hot skillet, under low heat, saute garlic and shallots with little bit of oil until aromatic or for approx 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and chili, saute gently for another 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce then beef, saute continuously for another 2 minutes
- Then add salt and sugar for taste, saute continuously until sauce are dissolve or for another 5 minutes.
- Turn Off the heat then ready to serve, garnish with fried shallot and eat with hot steam rice ;-)

Indonesia version
- Didalam wajan panas, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih, hingga harum.
- Masukkan tomat dan cabe, aduk rata.
- Masukkan daging, aduk rata dan biarkan hingga bumbu meresap.
- Masukkan garam dan gula sebagai perasa.
- Sajikan bersama taburan bawang goreng dan nasi hangat ;-)

Cooking Time : 15 minutes

Servings : 2 persons
