Cap Cay Kuah ( Easy Stir-fried Vegetables )


Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- a stalk green onion, sliced
- 1/3 tsp ground ginger or 2 cm fresh ginger, bruised
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100 gr cube sliced beef
- 1 pieces sausage, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli, cut end part
- 1 cup carrot, sliced 1/2-inch in pieces
- 1 cup cabbage, diced
- 1 piece bell pepper, seeded,diced
- 300 ml water
- salt and sugar for taste
- black and white ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil for saute
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoon of water, dissolve

Make it :

English laguage
- In a hot skillet with little bit of oil/butter, saute garlic until aromatic or for approx 2 minutes under low heat.
- Then add ginger, saute for another 1 minutes.
- Add beef and and sausage, saute continuously until beef color change.
- Add carrot, little bit of water, oyster sauce, salt and sugar, saute continuesly until carrot little bit tender but do not overdone.
- Add rest of water, rest of vegetables , green onion and paprika, let cook until tender.
- Don't forget to taste and add pepper.
- Serve hot with steam rice ;-)

Indonesian Laguage
- Didalam wajan panas, dengan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga ahrum dengan menggunakan api sedang.
- Masukkan jahe, tumis sebantar selama 1 menit.
- Masukkan daging dan sosis, aduk rata dan masak hingga daging sapi berubah warna.
- Masukkan wortel, sedikit air, saus tiram, garam dan gula, tumis hingga wortel lunak.
- Masukkan sayuran yg laen, bawang daun, paprika, sisa air dan biarkan masak hingga lunak.
- Jangan lupa dicicipi, dan masukkan merica bubuk.
- Sajikan hangat bersama nasi putih.

Preparation : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes

Servings : 2 persons
