What you need :
- 1/4 cup Turkey Pan drippings - more add as you wish (1/4 cup tetesan kaldu kalkun yg didapat pada saat proses mengoven)
- 3 cup chicken broth (3 cup kaldu ayam)
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch, place into bowl and dissolve with 3 tablespoon cold water (2 sdt tepung maizena, letakkan kedalam mangkuk dan aduk dengan air hingga sedikit kental)
- cooked, finely chopped giblets from turkey - optional (bagian dalam/jerohan kalkun, rebus terlebih dahulu kemudian iris kecil-kecil)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (2 sing bawang putih, cincang)
Make it :
- Place pan drippings, chicken broth, cooked giblets and chopped garlic in medium saucepan
- Blend mixing cornstarch into pan drippings. Gradually blend in broth until smooth.
- Bring into boil. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add finely chopped cooked giblets, if desire. Don't forget to taste.

Cara memasak :
1. Letakkan tetesan kaldu kalkun, kaldu ayam, irisan jerohan turkey dan bawang putih.
2. Masukkan campuran tepung maizena+air. Aduk hingga campuran merata.
3. Masak hingga mendidih. Kecilkan api. Biarkan hingga mendidih selama 5 menit, sambil sesekali diaduk. Jangan lupa cicipi.
