Easy Vegetables MeatLoaf


Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup carrot, finely diced
- 1 cup mushroom, chopped
- 2 tablespoon your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3/4 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Make it :

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking pan.
- Saute the onion, garlic and carrot in the butter until soft. Add the mushroom and cooked for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Mix the ground beef in large bowl with the vegetable mixture, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, Barbecue sauce, and egg yolks until mixed. Do not over mix.
- Place the meat in a pan and gently pat into an even layer. 
- Bake for another 30 minutes or until the meatloaf test done at 170 degrees with a meat thermometer.
- 5 minutes before remove from the oven, spread with grated cheese.
- Slice and serve with steamed vegetables.

Preparation : 15 minutes
Baking : 30 minutes

Servings : 2-3 servings
