Thanksgiving : Candied Sweet Potato

Another side dish for your Thanksgiving dinner.

Here, I will share the recipe with you and maybe give you some ideas.

What you need :

- 4 pieces sweet potatoes
- sugar - i am substitute with brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 - 1/2  cups water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, place into bowl and dissolved with 2 tablespoon cold water.

Make it :

- Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Scrub potatoes.
- Potatoes in their jackets : peel, slice, and arrange in baking dish.
- Mix butter, sugar and water and cook until it boils. 
- Add mixing cornstarch. Stir until it thickens.
- Pour over potatoes and bake it in oven until brown or bake for another 40-45 minutes.

Preparation : 5 minutes
Cooking : 45 minutes
