Lumpia is an Indonesian version of a spring roll. The filling is sliced different kind of veggies and add or not meat as the filling. I bought the spring rolls' wrapper at the Asian store. I like this wrapper because it made crunchiest rolls and easier to peel from the stack.
I use ground beef to this roll because I find a good deal for a ground beef. I also think a little bit experiment with my Lumpia. You can substitute ground beef with thinly sliced chicken or beef.
I already have made twice Lumpias in the same week. I made a big batches of Lumpias and kept them in a freezer bag.
Please don't hesitate to drop me any comments or questions regarding this recipe, I need it to improve my cooking in the future. Thank you :-)
