Easy Stir Fry Baby Bok Choy, Mushrooms, and Chicken

I bought a pack of bokchoy and mushrooms from Costco.
....so, I decided to cook an easy and quick meal.

What you need:
- 1-1,5 lb baby bok choy
- 1-1,5 cup of sliced button mushrooms
- garlic
- ground ginger
- olive oil for saute
- oyster sauce
- ground black and white pepper
- Sricahca chili sauce to serve

How to cook it:
- Start by trimming the stem off - don't trim too much - just the end. Cutting the thick stem off will ensure that the bok choy cooks evenly. Separate out the leaves, keep the tender center intact and clean under running water. Drain.
